When a participant scores a point within a contest, the splash is not occurring.

Note: Have your Salesforce Admin follow the steps in this article first.

If splashes still do not appear in Channel11 when a participant earns points in a live contest, have your Salesforce Admin check the user’s profile object settings and find the push topic object.

Below are the steps to grant access to the participant’s Push Topics object:

1. Click Setup
2. In the Quick Find box on the left hand side, type and click Profiles
3. Edit the user’s profile
4. Select Read for the Push Topics option
5. Click Save

Note: Professional Edition Salesforce users do not have access to push topics, and are unable to leverage the Channel11 screen splashes.
