View & Export Records in Scorecard - NEW LOOK!


Users and Managers are able to see the records that make up a specific metric by using the View Records button. 

In the Scorecard or Manager Scorecard tab, go to the "Activity" section, and just highlight a metric you would like to view records for. Then click View Records, which can be found on the right hand side of the page above the metric leaderboard.

See records based on Profile, Teams, Metric, Time Period, Fields, and Users. Since the highlighted metric was New Biz Meetings, we will see the New Biz Meetings records for the AE Profile.

If it appears that no one is selected, it means that all the available records for ALL Users will be pulled into the report. You only check the boxes to select Users when you want to see 1 or many specific users.

In the example below, we only want to see Brad Smith's metric records.

You may also switch the fields on the report by opening the fields drop down, and selecting fields with ease.

You can still pre-select your fields for this page in Scorecard Builder.

If you have selected many fields, you can scroll from left to right to see all record fields. The scroll bar is at the bottom of the screen, or you may use your track pad.

You may also export records from View Records. Just look for the Export Entries button.

You will receive an email with your records.

Note: Files are limited to 200 records per email, so you may receive multiple emails.
