First, you will want to make sure you are a Scorecard Admin. This is granted in Permission Sets.
Go to Scorecard Builder and click Profiles.
Click Build New Profile.
Start by Naming this Profile. This must be filled in to save. You may also include the JPG URL of your team in the Add a Profile Photo field but this is optional. The image will appear in Scorecard and in Channel11.
Fill in the Enter a Simple Description field, and this also must be filled in to save.
You will then decide if you'd like to Keep Historical Data within the Profile. If Coaching is enabled, there will be a check box highlighted as well. Click here to learn more about Coaching.
Next, we come to the Metric Selection section. Add at least 1 active metric. There are Active Metrics, which are the top 4 metrics. These will appear in your Scorecard Mini. These will be seen by both reps and managers, whereas the Secondary Metrics will be seen by managers unless you have made them visible.
To select Metrics, just click the teal plus sign.
You are also able to drag and drop Metrics between Active and Secondary. If you would like to remove a Metric, click the red x.
Note: You can open slats and close slats by clicking the arrows at the front of each slat name.
The next slat is Metric Configuration. You will assign default goals per user. You can also choose to have Leaderboard ranking based on score or percentage. If the metric has pacing, then you are able to send out an email notification if it's X % behind pace.
Complete the Metric Weight section, which is used to calculate your LPI.
In the Teams slat, you have the ability to add Teams to your Profile. The teams are just broken into 2 groups, but the metrics all stay the same.
You have the option of adding team images. These will be visible in the Scorecard and in Channel11.
In the Users slat, you will select your Profile members.
Make sure you have clicked browse, and type the name of the User you would like to add. Mark the check box to the left of the user and then click assign.
Note: If you are searching for a User and they appear grayed out, it is because they are already assigned to another profile. Users can only be in one Profile.
And remember: there is a check box that will only search Users with LevelEleven Permission Sets.
You can uncheck it if you would like to select Users before they are given Permission Sets.
Personal Goals can be added if users have differing individual goals.
In the Managers slat, you can specify which Manager(s) will see the Profile in the Manager Scorecard tab within Salesforce.
Once you have selected who is assigned, you will be able to grant access to Edit Goals. This will allow for goal editing in the Manager Scorecard tab as well.
Once you have finished the Profile build, Save Changes in the bottom teal bar. Then the Ready blue bar will appear. When ready, click Activate.
Now your Profile is all set!
