Manager Scorecard Tab Overview


Once you have your Scorecard set up for your team and have been assigned as a manger, you can begin to change behaviors. You will have the ability to view the Scorecard Activity in Manager Scorecard. 

You will now be able to access the Manager Scorecard tab (you will find it in All Tabs until you have added it to your display).

When you are looking at Manager Scorecard, you will see there are many functions.

We have a new, smaller side tab in order to utilize more of the screen for what is really important. You can now toggle between a personal profile and your manager profile by clicking one of the below

There are 3 sub-tabs within the Manager Scorecard Tab: Activity, Edit Goals & Team Members. A 4th add-on tab is Coaching.

When you first click on Manager Scorecard, you will default to Activity.

You will also default to the Profile that is first in alphabetical order. In this case, Inside Sales - SDRs.

You will be able to switch Profiles and Teams within the Activity section.

To see the teams within a profile, click Full Hierarchy.

Within Activity, you will see the Active Metrics for your Profile. You can also see Secondary Metrics if enabled.

You also have the option to view these metrics as a percent to goal.

If you would like to view the records that make up the Scorecard data, you can click View Records.

Below the Pace Status Bar, you will see a Progress Chart and the Leaderboard.

The Progress Chart shows you 3 graphs; Current Progress, Ideal Pace and Last Period.

The Leaderboard will show you the whole profile, each team, or as individuals. You can choose using the profile/team/individual icons.

The next section in Manager Scorecard is Edit Goals. You have two options for editing goals: by individual user or by metric.

You can edit your overall Profile or team goal here, as well as individual goals. You also may choose to go to the Scorecard Builder. To learn more about editing personal goals, check out the Personal Goals Article.

The 3rd section is Team Members. This section shows a ranked list of team members, and also provides you a look at the activity in a grid.

You will also see the LPI Score on the far right of the Team Members view. LPI is LevelEleven Performance Index. LPI is an ever-changing, holistic performance score, that is based on pacing over time. The Team Members leaderboard is ranked by LPI. To learn more about LPI Score, check out the LPI Article. 


The last section, Coaching, is an add-on product. Coaching is designed to help you better communicate with your team to drive performance.
