This is a Salesforce limit, but with a few simple steps, we can stop it from happening.
If you are seeing this when trying to make changes to a channel in Channel 11 (app.leveleleven.com), it likely means that you have a channel that consists mostly or completely of Salesforce reports that are not being cached. You are probably thinking to yourself "I don't have 500 reports running so why is this happening?". Great question: When you choose No Caching for a Salesforce report program it looks for new data every time that report is shown on screen (essentially a new report) which could result in it looking at 500 reports in 60 minutes.
To fix this, all you have to do is change the Salesforce report programs to cache every 10 minutes. This should sufficiently stop you from hitting that limit.
Make sure to save your channel and you're all set!
