LPI

  • The LPI (LevelEleven Performance Index) applies a weighting against each key sales activity tracked within Scorecard.
  • Think of it as your holistic performance score, where you can be as low as 0 to as high as 250. 
  • Your LPI score never resets, instead, it rolls in your performance from the past 30 days
  • When a Manager views his/her team members, the L11 Score Leaderboard is ranked by the user's LPI.

Factors

1. How users are currently pacing to their primary metrics
2. Weight of each primary metric
