In order to add users to your company's Channel 11, you must be an "owner." You will see Organization Settings under My Settings if you are an account owner.
Go to Organization Settings, Manage Users, and click Invite Users in the upper right.
You will then see a text box appear where you will enter the email addresses of the users you would like to invite to Channel 11. Once these users are invited and they have created an account they will be able to upload their personal sounds and images! You can see here that once a user has an account in Channel 11 they will be listed as "Active." You will also be able to see the role they have in Channel 11 - member, builder or owner. Member will be most common for your salespeople; they will be able to select sounds and images ONLY. Builder can build channels, but cannot manage the Organization Settings. Owner can do everything!
The user you would like to add will receive an invitation email from LevelEleven to join Channel11.
If the user does NOT receive the email, you can provide them with a link to the sign-up page. Just go to Manage Users in My Settings, find the user with the pending email, and provide them with the link associated.
Once they are on the sign-up page, the process is as follows:
They must click Create Your LevelEleven Account to proceed.
Click Sign Up.
The new user will be all set! Now they can login into Channel 11 anytime they would like to access their media and avatar. The user ("member") will go to My Settings and choose Personal Info to add an avatar.
Just click change to add an image or gif URL, or upload a file from your computer. For uploads, make sure to select the crop you would like. Then click save.
To add splash media, select it from My Settings.
You can now choose between Sounds and Videos.
For sounds, make sure to first upload a sound into your sound library (bottom left). Then you will select the default sound you would like associated with your splash.
For videos, add your video to the video library using a Vimeo or YouTube link (bottom right).
Then select your default video.
