What are Scheduled Goals?

Scheduled Goals allow a manager to assign a future goal to a user. You can schedule a goal in Manager Scorecard > Edit Goals > Choose the User. You can schedule for individual metrics, and the goal will update on the date you choose. 

In Manager Scorecard you will need to make sure you have the Edit Goals toggle on User and then select a user and schedule a goal for any or all metrics assigned to them.
