Error: A Component Error Has Occurred

If you or some of your users are getting an error as shown in the image above, it likely has to do with a change that Salesforce put into place with their Spring 2020 release.

Below are two Salesforce articles to help you allow your users access to the custom setting for 'l11_sc__ScorecardSettings__c'.

Grant Read Access to All Custom Settings

If you are worried about granting access to all custom settings across the board, you can enable this permission at profile level so that all users under the profile will have access to the custom setting, Look for the profile permission 'View All Custom Settings', you do not need not do it for each user.
